One of our most exciting recent projects is the historic White Pillars Museum preservation and expansion in De Pere, Wisconsin—a transformative project that will protect and celebrate one of the city’s most treasured landmarks. Stiegler is proud to be part of this project as the electrical contractor, working alongside Schuh Construction Inc., Drury Designs Inc., and the De Pere Historical Society to help bring new life to this cherished community landmark. White Pillars is recognized as one of the oldest buildings in De Pere and serves as the home of the De Pere Historical Society.
As the electrical contractor for this landmark project, Stiegler Company is providing complete commercial electrical construction services while also leading the lighting design for the facility. While fully ensuring the electrical systems support both the preservation of the historic structure and the functionality of the modern expansion.
Beyond traditional electrical construction, Stiegler’s team was responsible for designing and implementing lighting solutions that enhance both the functionality and character of the facility. The lighting design was carefully developed to showcase the historic architectural features of the original White Pillars building while providing modern, energy-efficient illumination throughout. The Stiegler team provided automation services, which included installation of the power distribution systems and lighting controls that will support the facility’s operations for decades to come. A well designed automation system has many benefits, including lowering production cost, increase efficiency, improves quality control and reduces direct and indirect labor.
